Characteristics of the McKennaii strain
The McKennaii produces medium to large mushrooms with thick, sturdy stems and conical to dome-shaped caps. The colour ranges from light brown to golden brown, often with a characteristic dark ring around the edge of the cap. This strain grows slightly slower than some other varieties but compensates with its exceptional potency.
With a strength of 5 out of 5, the McKennaii is not suitable for beginners. The effects are intensely visual with vivid colours, geometric patterns and deep introspective moments. Users often report philosophical insights, a strong sense of connectedness and intense emotional experiences. Respect this powerful strain and start with a lower dose than you are used to.

What's in the kit?
Each FreshMushrooms McKennaii grow kit contains a fully colonised 1200cc growbox with 100% mycelium substrate. You only need a grow bag, water and patience. The kit can produce between 4 and 7 harvests (flushes) when you follow the instructions correctly.
Growing conditions
Place the kit in a spot with indirect light and a stable temperature between 20-25°C. Keep the substrate moist but not soaked. Ventilate the grow bag briefly each day to allow fresh air in. After each harvest, you can reactivate the kit by submerging the substrate in cold water.

Storage
Store unopened kits in the refrigerator (2-8°C) for up to 2 months. Start the growing process immediately after opening.
