The Thai is a classic Psilocybe cubensis variety originally discovered in the tropical regions of Thailand. In this Southeast Asian country, mushrooms have a long tradition and were traditionally used during full moon parties and spiritual gatherings. Characteristics of the Thai strain

The Thai produces slender, elegant mushrooms with long stems and medium-sized, conical caps that curl slightly upward at the edges. The colour is typically light to medium brown with a golden-yellow sheen. This strain is known for its fast colonisation and abundant yields, making it a rewarding choice for growers.

What's in the kit?

Each FreshMushrooms Thai grow kit contains a fully colonised 1200cc growbox with 100% mycelium substrate. You only need a grow bag, water and patience. The kit can produce between 4 and 7 harvests (flushes) when you follow the instructions correctly.

Growing conditions

Place the kit in a spot with indirect light and a stable temperature between 20-25°C. Keep the substrate moist but not soaked. Ventilate the grow bag briefly each day to allow fresh air in. After each harvest, you can reactivate the kit by submerging the substrate in cold water.

Storage

For best results, set up the kit immediately upon receipt. If necessary, you can briefly store an unopened kit in the refrigerator (2-8°C).
